Service Agreement
Rate Information:
30-Minute Visit Rate: $30 per client, Monday through Friday. Up to 2 pets per visit.
Additional time: Extra visit time will be charged at $15 per 15 minutes.
Weekend and Holiday Rate: An additional $5 per visit.
Rate Changes: Subject to change with advance notice.
Parking Fees: If parking is not available, client must pay all parking fees. i.e., Valet Parking, Valet Tips, Meters, etc. Payment is due immediately upon notice of charge.
Payment Details:
Payment Methods: Checks should be made payable to "Cool Canine Miami" and left for pick-up during the first visit.
Payment Timing: For regular visits, payment may be made at the beginning or end of each week.
Returned Checks: A $20 fee will be applied for any returned checks, plus any bank fees assessed to Cool Canine Miami.
Cancellation/Modification Policy:
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or modification must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit to avoid charges.
Last-Minute Cancellations/No-Shows: These will be charged at the full visit rate.
Last-Minute Modifications: While not guaranteed, Cool Canine Miami will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Services will be performed in accordance with the instructions contained herein. The client waives any claims against Cool Canine Miami or any of its authorized representatives for any acts of God of which Cool Canine Miami or any of its authorized representatives have no control over. These include, but are not limited to, hurricanes, floods, fires, forced entry or for the death of the specified pet(s) in this contract due to natural causes or acts of God. Client also agrees to pay for any and all veterinarian bills acquired due to emergencies, etc. for pets. Cool Canine Miami will attempt to inform client of such charges in advance or promptly after they are incurred.
Client agrees to a $10.00 (ten dollars) charge for key pick up and a $10.00 (ten dollars) charge for key return if client does not wish Cool Canine Miami to keep copy in its possession or if keys are not ready at time of initial visit or if additional trips are made to pick up a payment not left during scheduled visit.
Cool Canine Miami retains a key when required to access the property.
This contract applies to all future visits.
Either party may cancel this Agreement at any time by providing notice to the other party via text or email.
